Sharing lunch and the news in the farmers market. A few of you mentioned the lack of facemasks worn. Here it is compulsory to wear facemasks in shops, public transport and public buildings, but not outside including markets. I would say around 50% of people (including me) wear masks in the market.
The snow and ice has now melted and soaring is arriving this weekend.

Hello Elaine,
As long as it's possible to keep a safe distance to others I see little need for face masks outside. I go shopping at times of the day when there are few customers in the shops, like I did this morning soon after 8.
These persons should be safe enough, thanks to the "virus barrier", provided the two couples live together regularly.
It's an interesting glimpse of the slightly sad daily life in the pandemic.

Hello Elaine,
Another fine capture from the market capturing the activities of the customers. Though people are not gathering in groups, there is still a sense of social interaction, just by being in the same place as others.
The details of clothing, as well as snow on the ground, inform us of the temperatures. At such a distance, and in the cold, I think these people are safe from Covid transmission.

Compulsory wearing in my state (New South Wales) is down to just public transport now. A good street photo of that perennial activity of sharing on mobile phones.
