Hello Oleg,
It is an interesting division with the top and bottom, the off-center lighthous and the diagonal line of the wall together with those strongly contrasted hooks on top!
The only thing is that with the snow and sky, there are too many light parts on the edge of your big white frame. That makes the frame look even bigger than it is and makes it take too much attention.
But the composition of the photograph in itself is very well choosen!
