A typicall view of a small lane in the city centre of Nervi, the eastern district of Genova, with the colorful houses.
My point of view was on the top of the bridge over the Nervi Creek.
It was built in the Middle Age and partially renovated in the XVI century.
For centuries the bridge was part of the Via Aurelia, the Roman road constructed around the year 241 BC.
By the time of the high Empire, one could travel from Rome by way of the Via Aurelia across the Alps via the Julian-Augustan Way to either northern France or Gades (modern Cadiz, Spain).

Bellissimo il POV Paolo, le condizioni atmosferiche hanno forse penalizzato un possibile gioco di luci/ombre ma hanno permesso una miglior saturazione piacevolmente "piatta" dei colori.

Hi Paolo,
You have a good high viewpoint on that narrow alley paved from the centre. Steepness of it is quite impressive. And red and yellow walls look really nice even on this moody cloudy weather. Maybe that alley would be too much in shadow on a sunny weather anyway.

gran bella prospettiva su un vico pieno di colori.
Molto indovinato il taglio, con il camminamento colorato al centro della via che non si vede da dove viene e dove va, ben animato dalla figura femminile che lo percorre.
Buona la resa cromatica, nonostante l'ora tarda.
