Difficult to wish you a happy and better year these days, it seems that the worst never ends, but I try anyway, happy new year to everyone, my friends.

Hello Silvio,
The castle and the other buildings seem to shine as an effect of the contrast with the dark trees on both sides. It is a very pretty view and the photo is perfectly taken with fine sharpness and exposure.

Beautiful scene here, The light illuminated the village leaving surrounding in a slight shadow. This emphasized the buildings of the village and their consistent architectural style. Snow adds a lovely decoration.

The castle and surroundings look nice with a dusting of snow. Today we got our first snowfall of the season here in NYC. :-) I like how the castle is in between two layers of trees. I hope the new year has gotten off to a good start for you. Buon anno nuovo!
