Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta
Every time I pass in front of the magnificent cathedral of Spoleto I can't help myself, I have to photograph it. Here I show it to you in three different moments and shots, you see the WS.
The cathedral of Spoleto has very ancient origins: from a document we know that in 956 both the episcope and the church of Santa Maria del Vescovato already existed. Renovated during the XII century, following the arrival of Federico Barbarossa, the cathedral was consecrated in 1198 by Pope Innocenzo III.

L'ιtendue de la place crιee de la profondeur. la prise de vue permet de voir les dιtails de la cathιdrale Santa Maria Assunta. La lumiθre de l'heure bleue a un effet spιcial sur les couleurs de l'image. Bonne soirιe.

Hello Silvio,
Three very good photos of this cathedral that most of us now immediately recognize. The large area in front of the church creates conditions for several kinds of compositions, and you used three opportunities well. They are all well composed and the different lights have been perfectly managed.

A wonderful evening mood here. The white church and its warm illuminations look nice against the blue sky and the other dark areas. The few people are well included as well.

Ciao Silvio,
I am not surprised at all, it is a magnificent sight indeed. At first looking at miniature I thought that it is the same photo but soon of course I noticed the different time of the day. This made a huge difference. I also like the collection of other photos in the workshop.
This one is definitely my favourite of all.

An interesting view of cathedral of Spoleto.

The main photo is a very similar to another recent one of yours just a bit later with the lights on. I think you really should have had one of the WS photos as the main one to be more different.

This is a very beautiful, romantic setting, creating an atmosphere of peace and calm.
The vacant chairs encourage us to stop and enjoy the view.
The blue hour timing is excellent. The details are sharp and the soft lighting helps to create this romantic mood.
I like the w/s, too, especially the one with the lamp.

Lovely capture of the beuatiful cathedral during a fine blue hour with great warm tones and lovely mixed lighting. Definition of features look so subtle blended with soft colour and lighting. You did it good justice in this low light capture

Hello Silvio,
This time a blue hour version of the picture you've shown us recently.
I guess it's already too cold to sit on the chairs outside in the evening. But the tables and chairs provide a good foreground.
