The Grand Canal (Italian: Canal Grande, Venetian: Canałasso) is the most important canal in Venice, Italy. It forms one of the major water-traffic corridors in the city. Public transport is provided by water buses and private water taxis, but many tourists visit it by gondola.

What wonderful warm colors you've captured here Mark. There is a lot of action in this shot and I have to compliment you on your framing as it adds a lot of depth to the shot. Well Done.

Hi Mark,
nice shot with wonderful display of colours. the line of convergence towards the right side of the frame could have added a sense of infinity to the composition. keeping that in mind the agle could have been changed a bit. Nevertheless very nice work.

wow this is so beautiful. you chose a very nice time to shoot this scene when the light was jsut so perfect. the post processing (if any) has added to the already stunning scene. thanks for sharing Mark.

It seems that this picture is a panoramic composed of two takes, but there is a difference of light between this two takes
