Photographer's Note
Capraia is a small, rocky island halfway between the italian coast and the french island of Corsica.
It used to be a 'detention' island (the ruins of gaol are still there), and it is now a touristy spot. Cropped, sharpened and 'neat imaged'.

Hi Paolo, I like this picture a lot. This wonderful dark blue, the house on the cliff, the light you captured and the pattern made by the wind on the water are excellent. Hope you don't mind, I tried a WS with my version of the picture.

Bellissima composizione: il colore del mare θ un elemento fortissimo che perς non prevarica la parte di terra. Peccato per il tetto della costruzioine in basso a sinistra ma tagliarlo comporterebbe anche l'eliminazione della parte in basso a sinistra che θ indispensabile per la composizione.
P.S. A meno di non voler lavorare in camera oscura digitale come ha fatto l'ottimo Oldtree.

Well seen and well composed with the building and rock to one side and lots of empty sea. I think it needs a better crop though and I would like to keep more sea than in Thomas WS.

A well framed shot, Paolo. The colours are excellent. I especially like the scale of the shot - the white building is just dwarfed by the ocean. Well seen.
