Photographer's Note
A view of the 16th Century fountain designed by Florentine artists Francesco Cammilliani and Michelangelo Naccerino. At the bottom of the photo is a gate railing which protects the fountain. The fence post ornaments seen on the gate here are shown in better detail on my last TE post, where the 4 inch high cherub holding a plate aloft is the main subject.
The fountain sits in front of the Senate building in Palermo.
Post Production: Auto levels, color, contrast, resize, border, sharpen thru Photoshop Elements 2.0
Goal: To take a picture of the fountain which would include the interesting architectural detail of the Senate builidng behind.
