this granny is 96 years old and lives in a little village in the Alps. She is shy and extremely embassarsed with her age caused hearing problems. She also did not really want me to take the picture of her but then gave up having decided to survive yet another experience in her long live

Nice portrait, just soft enough so it works well for a portrait of a nice old lady. I have the feeling she is looking away to her right, a little shy maybe. I might have left the empty space on that side rather than on her left so that she doesn't look directly towards the border of the picture. But it is very subtle so not annoying.

Excellent portrait. I like the fact that your subject is off center. Regards her age, she still seems prode of herself. The earings add to the pic and say something about your subject. Well done indeed Lia.

beautiful portrait Lia..I have seen the Nepalese kid too..you are really very good in portraits...every wrinkle on her face visible, her overgrown eyebrows, pride and shyness in her eyes...very touching...
