Hello rpj.
I was drawn to this one by the name of the town, and the impressive sky. We have a town called Ballina in Australia - somewhere up the north NSW coast, although I haven't been there.
I like your composition. You did well to get the whole spire into the frame. The river provides a good perspective, looking towards the nice old bridge. This one merits a bit more attention, I think.
