They are lost in this imense space, although the track is there, well visible. They just have to go there and follow the long line across the yellow scenery. I want to see more of this from you...I have to say that I'm quite sad that you are quiting TE, although I can understand your reasons. Don't know what the administrators are trying to achieve...
I'll be in Paris bettween 12 and 19 of January and hope to finally meet you.

Alors ça y'est, c'est décidé, tu pars vers d'autres horizons... On va regretter ton style photographique ici et ta vue sur le monde, comme sur cette photo, mais bon c'est ton choix et il faut le respecter. Alors comme l'a dit notre PPDA national, adieu vat et peut-être à bientôt.

Salut Stéphane! This is sad news and I wish you would reconsider. Slowly I have the impression that many leave and I had my doubts too last spring and I was angry at different things. I thought that nobody understood me (I mean this is totally crazy as I have only met three people so far and I am actually "talking" to complete strangers) and I was beginning to compare other people's work instead of working on my own stuff. I also disliked that if you are not in the so-called "inner circle" you have it much harder to survive this but all of the sudden I also realized that besides this group there are so many exciting people that it is worthwhile staying ... just for fun, a little picture here, one there, and sometimes you get fantastic feedback that makes me smile and laugh, or think. But I guess we all have our own little up and downs why we stay, or why we even go ... However, if you miss us just return :)))) We wait ... Barbara.

Tu fais partie des inscrits que je regrette de n'avoir jamais (encore ?) rencontré.
J'ai des photos en magasin, mais je n'ai pas envie de les publier, quelques chose s'est cassé. C'est dingue comment ton départ et celui de Hervé, presque concomitant, ont agi sur mon envie de continuer.
Bonne continuation...ailleurs, autrement...

c'est dommage que tu partes mais c'est ta décision, de toute façon la qualité generale des photos est en nette baisse et je cherche d'autres aussi conviviaux sites ou je pourrait mettre mes photos .

I can understand your mood, but I would like that you'd reconsider your decision, your presence here in TE is some kind of light to learn about the world trough your special photo eye. Whatever is your choice, good luck my friend and I wish you all the best.

OK. I taught myself. It's Iceland. There are hikers. They are swallowed up by the immensity of the mossy crevasse. Of course I am being so sarcastic...As usual, I don't need no stinking note to tell me something!

The light and shadow playing of the green is mezmerizing.

je ne connaissais pas ton problème avec ta photo et la TOS. Et en lisant ta note et tes explications je peux comprendre ta réaction, après presque quatre ans de travail excellent photographique partagé avec tous nous.

Je respecte ta décision, mais il me plairait qu'à la fin tu reconsidérasses ton départ de TE.

Par cette raison je ne te dis pas adieu, mon ami, mais seulement

Stéph c'est une belle photo pour ton envol plus libre en dehors des () !
Tu vas nous manquer ça c'est clair mais je comprends ton départ.
Cette photo a une symbolique forte - voulue ou non - comme quand on laisse un groupe au bord du chemin mais qu'on y reste quand même parce que l'intérêt, la nature, le monde est au final, le même ou plus ou moins pour tous.
Tu nous laisses... mais comme tu le dis, tu n'es pas loin !
Merci pour tes photos et du partage - au sens large - d'instants !
