Photographer's Note
A typical icelandic chapel along the road 1 approaching the port of Höfn : Brunnhólskirkja. There are many such small chapels in icelandic countryside. Most of the time there is a farm close to the chapel and a cemetery around the chapel. There were sunnyspells when we were there so we waited a few minutes that a sunbeam fell on the chapel. But we were not lucky that time ! So we made the best we can.

Bien conforme à la façon dont j'imagine l'Islande
belle compo avec ces fleurs de pissenlits en FG, beau contraste entre le toit rouge et l'herbe bien verte
çà fonctionne parfaitement bien pour moi

A very nice scene from Iceland. I like your low level FG method, the rolling ground ... with many contrasts. A good natural scene. Nice composition balance. TFS

Very nic capture from Iceland.
Dark cloudy sky creates a perfect background for this scenery with this beautiful church and the graveyards surrounding it.
The flowers in the foreground, the sign of a new life.

Je l'ai manqué celle-ci. Une très jolie photo superbement composée avec la prairie au premier plan, l'église sur un point fort de la photo et un arrière plan fourni entre cimes et nuages. La légère contre plongée permet de mettre en valeur le détails des croix. Les couleurs sont joliment saturées et les fleurs donnent une touche de gaité. Bravo.

Pity about missing the sunlight on the chapel, but you did well anyway, with the red roof and the dandelions and daisies making up for the dull light. With a good composition it doesn't really matter whether the sky is bright or not, and this one is certainly well composed.

Belle ouverture, à gauche, sur les sommets enneigés et les croix du cimetière, les pissenlits sont bien vus, aussi, au premier plan.

Bonjour Olivier,
La chapelle est bien placée dans le cadrage. L'étendue du pré donne de la profondeur à la composition. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails et les couleurs de l'architecture de la chapelle. Le ciel nuageux donne un bon contraste aux couleurs de l'image. Bonne journée.

Hello Olivier,
Je viens de tomber sur ta gallerie et il y a effectivement plein de choses à voir ! donc je vais commencer par celle ci !
J'aime ce type de cadrage laissant de la place au premier plan vert parsemé de fleurs.
Le ciel chargé rajoute en intensité et l'église est d'une simplicité très intéressante et typique de ce pays j'imagine ?
Le toit rouge est un point d'ancrage fort pour une composition très réussie ;)
