While boat-vagabonding in the Kyklades, we found this little fellow walking around in shops. The absent reactions from the locals must mean that he does that alot :)
Scanned longtime ago from a 10*15 photo, using an epson scanner.

Well seen. This pelican is indeed one of the symbol of Mykonos. You can find many postcard with this bird.

It΄s funny that a bird can be a symbol of some place...
I like how there is also that vehicle in the image – looks like that it is owned by the pelican. Perhaps that pelican is so famous that he could afford to buy it...
