Photographer's Note
The castle is standing upright at the island's entrance and was built by John Orsini in the year 1300 during the island's French occupation in order to protect the town from pirates. On this photo one can see the ruins of the church of the same name, which is still used in the summer for some special occasions.

le visioni della Grecia che ci offri di giorno in giorno sono sempre belle sia che riprendi il mare che i colori della terra.
Questo angolo di Grecia purtroppo mostra il segno del tempo e del degrado che lo accompagna, anche se la bellezza non θ andata perduta. Buona sia la composizione,che il colore ed il contrasto. Forse una leggera diminuzione delle alte luci avrebbe reso migliore la loro lettura, ma per farlo avresti dovuto agire in postproduzione.

Hi Kamila,
This is a really beautiful ruin, and it has a slight tilt to it which suits it perfectly. The texture of the stone is very well captured. Really nice light here too, accentuating the fine colours of ths scene. Nicel done.

Hello Kamila ,
This old church is full of charm . The composition is excellent with contrasted colors . The only default is the light , that seems very harsh in some parts of the picture , but i suppose that it was difficult to manage .

The ruins indeed cut a sorry figure with the bell perhaps a reminder of the olden times when the church was in its prime. Your chosen POV creates depth in this shot with the bell tower in a diagonal & the moss ridden wall creating a lead-in. Good contrast with the clear blue sky as well. Nice work!
