Photographer's Note
This is a "divari" (or "ivari", or "vivari"), in the lagoon of Lefkada (or lagoon of "Steno"), a traditional fish-farm, with "doors" that open from one side and close on the other, in order to "trap" inside schools of fishes. This one is a municipal fish-farm. "Divari" comes from the alteration of the Latin word "vivarium".
You can see this divari, at the end of the bridge that connects Lefkada with the mainland of Greece, right before you set foot on the beautiful island.
I lowered manually the ISO to 50, used a small aperture (f/22), a circular polarizer, an ND-4 (2-stop down) filter and a tripod for a 15 seconds shot.

Beautiful capture. The orange of the sea and the sky
split by the black line on the horizon makes it look great.
Sharpness of the traps is very good.
And the colours are marvelous.

Hi Hercules, there are a number of things about this photo that interest me. Of course the sunset is amazing. The effect of the long exposure on the sea - particularly in the FG with those beautiful swirls is just superb.
