Kallarytes is one of the most beautiful greek villages, situated high up in the mountain range of Tzoumerka (Tzoumerka is divided in the prefectures of Ioannina and Arta). Once it was a vibrant, very wealthy village, famous for its jewellers (the world famous Bulgari family has its roots here).

Nowadays very few stay permanently there, but still the weekends and during summer, lots of people gather there to enjoy its unique atmosphere, its beautiful taverns and traditional guesthouses. Among those who spend the entire year there, are Napoleon and Lambrini, a couple that got tired of life in big city and decided to leave it all behind and open a traditional coffee shop, where Napoleon's father and grandfather once had their shoe workshop.

Now and then (never programmed) you might meet there a musician or two (you can listen from greek folk music to rembetika, the music of the greek "underground" of the first half of 20th century) and then the fiesta begins. You can also taste great greek food and Lambrini's famous "spoonsweets". The other option is to play with the couple's cat, Diamantis, who's always nice with the customers.
