Hi Vana,
Nice photo with an interesting POV and good colours, although I think the saturation could have been a bit stronger.
Nice work with the lines, really great depth in the photo, due to the framing on the right side. Great to see a curve going through the photo. Interesting architecture in the back to. Dramatic sky.
For POV and composition alone you deserve two points from me.

I remember very well this place.
I was there while the Paralympic Games in 2004. And you took the photo in the best moment.
This blue hour gave to you wonderful colours. After, you choose a good composition and... voilΰ.
Nice the reflections over the water too.
