Photographer's Note
Yesterday I showed you a view of the interior of the cathedral of Bonn.
This is one of the many outstanding works of art which you can detect in this very old church. You can read more about this cathedral here.
I couldn't find out anything about this artwork but I think it is worth to be shown here

Hello Frank,
As good an exposure as one could possible have for such icon. The colors and resolution are exquisite. In the spirit of constructive criticism, I would like to make one suggestion. If you have access to Photoshop, copy and paste this image back on itself, make a wider canvas, select transform on the edit function, then transform perspective. Then stretch out the upper part of the image until the sides of the icon become parallel. The stretch out the entire frame vertically a little, preserving the original icon's aspect ratio. This is a complicated recipe. If you have a chance look at my post of the Bargello Door. The look at the
image before I performed a ws.
Warm regards, and bravo for a very good photograph.

Wunderbare Schnitzerei und ein interessantes Gemδlde. Wenn diesen Detailreichtum sieht, dann weiί ich, warum ich der heutigen Kunst oft sehr wenig abgewiinenn kann.

Hello Frank,
A very good capture of this lovely artwork. The colours are well captured and look quite natural and the clarity is excellent.
