This is a shot from so called 'Bremer Freimarkt' (funfair:). This Ferris Wheel is not as big as the Ferris Wheel 'Riesenrad' in Munich but makes a night at Freimarkt very funny after eating delicatessen and drinking beer:)))
It is like flying, isn't it? Although it is very slow:))))

This is a very interesting graphic picture with a nice effect created by the wheel movement. I think that you did not use a tripod which could have frozen some fixed lights and would allow a longer period of exposition. A wall, a chair or the floor can obviate the lack of a tripod. Some time ago, I took a similar picture in Spain, displaying a much smaller wheel, fixing the Camera on a wall and getting a curious image
