Photographer's Note
Kapellenkirche (literally: the Chapel's Church) at Rottweil is the replacement structure on the site of a chapel devoted to St. Mary. Construction began in the early 14th century.
Her tower, measuring 70 m, is an outstanding example of late gothic style in Baden-Wόrttemberg and has been listed as an edifice of national cultural importance. It is also the landmark of Rottweil, a town which goes back in her history to Roman times as Arae Flaviae, founded in 73 A.D. and therefore the oldest city of Baden-Wόrttemberg.

Bonjour Sven
Je n'en reviens pas de constater ΰ quel point cette belle ιglise semble coincιe entre les bβtiments autour. C'est un peu comme un corps sans ιpaule.
Amicalement

Hi Sven Erich,
beautiful chapel, The tower seems so nicely decorated.
I don't think I have heard about this town before.
The houses around seem quite stylish and colorful.
It must be a charming place to visit.
There are plenty of places in Germany which are still on my list.
Next year I hope to visit Dresden since it is so close to Polish border.
Very well done,
M
