Hi Bernie,
A very unique composition! Perhaps it's the layout that TE uses, but this vertical panorama really stands out. I like the metallic look of the water receding into the distance... Perhaps a b&w conversion might be interesting.
cheers,
biswaroop

Hello Bernd, Well this is a bit of creativity. Some of the areas in the foreground look like fried eggs. Very clever. Curious what caused the strange water formations. It is certainly something different. Very Artistic. Great job. Regards, Roger

I agree with biswaroop

Hi Berndt
You take advantage of the vignette presentation to have an eye catching shot, high size, with a good water pattern.
Cheers

Guten morgen dear Bernd, I really like this tight vertical frame. The light is amazing and creates such a beautiful texture on the silvery water. Great job, TFS and I wish you a good day, Lisa

Hallo Bernd,
I like the composition of this picture and the idea of croping it this way. It's the best example that sometimes less is more. You concentrated on the essentials: Water, green and sun. The reflexions on the water are splendid.
Best regards
Thomas
P.S. I hope to find more time now to be more frequently in Trekearth.

Olα Bernd, this must be the strangest format I have ever seen here. It has lower impact, I guess, but I like the originality and it works well for the proposed subject. Love the abstract FG and the sense of depth enhanced by this verticality.
have a nice weekend,

Hi Bernie
You have been busy with your new grown up camera ! This is a lovely picutre, so simple and yet so pleasing. The trees at the top are so small and yet without them the picutre would be quite spoilt. And, you know, I think it is only you on TE that uses this tall thin format, and to such good effect. I like it. regards Martin

Amazing vertical-cropped reflection, excelent light and colors.
