About the story:
due to the bad and wet weather at the beginning at August and also the hot period during June and July the farmers here in our region are now beginng to harvest their products..
About the picture:
another two days later i took another run to this location spot after work, getting better weather, and so i can proudly present my own type of cliche shot this day..
a nice evening to all friends and guests..

The agricultural production is not always satisfy the farmers! but I think the harvest is a time of giving off of a busy year kalliergias and that is satisfaction!

Fantastic dapth due to this long road disappearing somewhere on the horizon. great light, very nice sky and we can see even mill on the left. Original and beautiful composition.

A good view along the road beside the field and hay. Good colour but probably a bit too much sky (although I realise that you had lots for effect).

Guten Mittag Bernd,
Harvest in Germany, almost the same as in Flemish Belgium.
The big roles see we here as eye catcher beside the long way, as good perspective.
Very well captured in beautiful light and sharpness as always

A very well composed vertical panoramic. Very great depht with the roller in the FG and the houses and the modern windmill in the BG. The way on the right give an interetsing prospect effect nad invite to discovery.

The panoramic vertical suits the composition perfectly, offering a pleasing juxtaposition between the bale of straw and the puffy cloud. The image has immense depth and wonderful colour contrasts. Superb sharpness from back to front.

Hi Bernd,
Really nice composition and cropping on this photograph. The very vertical crop gives a nice feel to the picture - with lots of nice blue sky to help the harvest (and we know that farmers actually love rain clouds). I really like the almost metallic sheen of the haybundle and the road just sneaking in to the right of the picture is a nice compositional element.

love your *harvest* composition, hay roll in the foreground, windmill and houses in the background forms nice depth and perspective.
Road and green grass diagonals creates good view in the vertical format of the picture.
