Photographer's Note
It doesn΄t happen very often that I wake up that early in the morning. Glimpsing the beginning of light from my bedroom window, I snached my camera and went to the nearest hill to get a sight of the Chiemsee. A big beautiful Bavarian lake at the foot of the Alpes. Most tourists love it there in summer when it is all bright shining and beautiful. But I prefer the quieter moments. When it shows its minor side not the mayor. It never seizes to fascinate me although I now it by heart.

Hi Olivia,
welcome to TE.
Nice early morning shot.
The fog looks like snow laying over the landscape. Good point of view.
A bit more depth of field (Schδrfentiefe) would emphasize and sharpen the scene.
The early morning mood in it's cold colours is well catched.

Hello Olivia -
This is a very nice attempt at a very difficult image capture. I like the POV and the moody composition but the image is slightly underexposed and very noisy. Take a good look at the WS and notice the noise removal and the brightness.
