Photographer's Note

Last wink on CENTURI before crossing the Collar of La SERRA and joining the village of ERSA.
Vestiges of a distant agricultural past the area was planted with olive-trees and various cereals, these two mills today are used as sheep-fold for the goats. The 20/06/04 a fire again passed by there, devastating a few tens of hectares of scrub.
At the bottom one sees advertising Mill MATTEI, built at the beginning of the 19 E century, who bears this name since 1930 goes back to his acquisition by the owner of famous CORSICA CAPE MATTEI and who had degraded himself with time. Recent buy of the Conservatoire of the Littoral, it has been just restored to symbolize "traditional, commercial and been windy Corsica".
It is in this place that you will find the best panorama on bay of CENTURI.
