Photographer's Note

On my course in Basque Country with the last autumn, I passed by this very typical village (as all the Basque villages) whose frontages of several buildings are decorated chains of hot red peppers.
Information taken, I was in Espelette, the country of pepper.
The peppers have a AOC (controlled Label of origin) since 2000 pennies the name of "Pepper of Espelette - Ezpeletako Biperra ".
