Photographer's Note

The village of Concques, principal stage on the road of Saint Jacques de Compostelle, nested with its narrow lanes and its old houses is stretched with hillside along the street Charlemagne borrowed by the thousands of pilgrims going to the abbey of Sainte Foy .
Here the entry of a rest lodging where the pilgrims spent the night before carrying on their long way.
