Half-timbered houses of the Rue Emile Zola, one of the main streets of the city of Troyes. I waited for the lady in red runs right next to the facade of the same color.
Maisons à colombages de la rue Emile Zola, une des rues principales du centre ville de Troyes. J'ai attendu que la dame en rouge passe juste à côté de la façade de la même couleur.

An attractive shot, superb buildings colors and excellent details, the lady in red add a life feeling to the shot, her position is perfect and the matched colors is very nice touch.

Lovely. And that red building has quite an ornate and decorative facade.
Well captured - clear and with lot of interesting detail. I wonder why the house with the whitish / creme facade doesn't have a triangular crest like all other buildings in the row. Was there a plan to raise another floor ?
There are a lot of antennae on the roofs... do they still function ?
Thre is no other person on the street... a holiday ? Its not a very wide street since we can see the flowers on the opposite footpath.

Donc tu es venu dans "ma ville", celle où je suis né et où je passe 2 à 3 jours tous les mois 1/2 pour voir ma mère en maison de repos.
La ville s'est embellie et les maisons à pans de bois sont réapparues, bien éclairées par le soleil matinal. Bravo pour avoir attendu l'apparition du petit chaperon rouge

Another beautiful photograph from Rue Emile Zola, this time taken in the morning and looking in the other direction from your last shot from here.
Again, a lovely play of light and shade and a very fine and strong diagonal composition. But what really "makes" this image is the presence of just one single person - a lady dressed in bright red - and perfectly placed in the frame as she passes in front of a building of exactly the same colour!
Glorious light and colours and exceptional details and sharpness.

reminds me of many photo's i've taken on my travels with ladies in Red haha
as for the city view, its picture perfect.
