Stormy weather last week end in Brittany. And when the sea is bad as it was the case around Lorient, a lot of photographers come to the small port of Lomener to photograph the waves that crash on the dyke that protects the port.

Rocks, splashing water and a great sky. A shot that combines basic elements of coastal beauty. Fine natural colours and good composition, but it's the water that steals the show.

A very good Breton seascape, with natural looking colours and great timely capture of the wave crashing. I can almost feel the wind in this shot. Marvellous light and great sky create a real wintry mood.
