Hello Jean,
An agreeably balanced image in terms of composition and colour palette. The blue parasol makes a fine focal point and creates an interesting juxtaposition with the lighthouse in the background. Well spotted this photo opportunity and perfectly realised.

Beautiful picture of Marianne raising out of the shadow and looking over the square in full sunshine.
The dark-light contrast gives the picture its own atmosphere.

Hello Jean, I am so far behind in critiquing, but could not pass this one up. What a fine time to see this blue umbrella on this tan beach with the perfect combination of sea and the umbrella. someone has found pleasant secluded place, far from the tourists, and a paparazzi came :). Nice place with the rocks and small island with a tiny lighthouse probably. I imagine that the water would be too cold for me. Well seen scene with this blue umbrella.

what a beautiful beach scene here. The view is amazing and someone had a great idea to use this small patch of sand for the sun bathing. The blue color of the umbrella goes so well with the colors of nature.

a very lovely place, I like very much the alternation of rugged and smooth textures, warm and cold colours, the clarity and the sense of depth, the timeless, peaceful atmosphere.
