Ah, ha, but this sign forbids people from walking! It does not forbid people from running! :) Or might this actually be a "minimum speed" enforcement sign? :)

looking at the man's shorts, we can easily tell this wasn't taken in 2019 :) I like how large the sign is in the frame, and I like how the man on the sign has feet, usually its just a stick man haha. fun one. cheers
