Palavas-les-Flots is a seaside resort located at approximately 6 km with flight of bird in the south of the center of Montpellier, at the edge of the Gulf of Lions and Mediterranean. Its emerged territory is composed of dune cords separating two ponds and the sea. The principal agglomeration is with the outlet of the channel which connects the coastal river Lez to the sea. It is one of the principal seaside resorts attended by Montpelliérains and Héraultais of the back-country. The water tower, high of 45 m, whose concrete trunk was transformed, became the "Headlight of the Mediterranean". It has accomodated for a few years the palate of the congresses and all in turning top a panoramic restaurant.

Hola Joël,
Una bella foto mezclando lo clásico, esas barcas de pesca y lo moderno, la torre que sobresale por encima de los edificios, buen contraste.
Excelente color y definición.

An impressive image having sea, land and sky within a shot, good pov and good contrast, very clear and sharp focus, good composition, the wooden houses, the tower and the clouds are atrractive.

Voilà une bonne idée, Joël, pour transformer les réservoirs d'eau. J'aime le premier plan avec les bateaux à voile qui suivent l'oblique du quai. La lumière et les couleurs sont superbes.

Un joli contraste entre ces trois coques traditionnelles et bien entretenues et cette tour pour le moins futuriste. un grand écart entre le passé et le présent (voir le futur). de très bonnes couleurs et beaucoup de netteté, c'est bien vu!!

Jolis bateaux traditionnels ... avec cependant un fond plus contemporain qui attire un peu trop l'oeil, le contraste est fort mais il était difficile de faire autrement.

Hello Joel,
Seemed to have missed this one for some reason. I like the contrast here between the line of the traditional boats and the mish-mash of modern architecture in the background. Very good colours and some nice reflections. I also like the dappled light effect on the hulls.

j'ai entendu parler de ce restaurant panoramique tournant ; il parait que c'est un lieu qui vaut le détour. Jolie prise en tout cas avec ce bel alignement de bateaux au premier plan.

Ces belles barques multi-colores ont l'air bien perdues dans cet univers bétonné qui n'est pas du plus bel effet. Dommage avec un nom pareil, Palavas-les-Flots, on s'attend à une mignonne petit station...

D'abord, les couleurs sont très belles, avec une saturation bien dosée.
Ensuite ta compo est efficace, faisant ressortir le contraste entre l'architecture moderne du chateau d'eau et ces bateaux qui semblent là depuis toujours.
