Once again the village Rusiu. Here in the golden colors of autumn. The chestnut is still living of farmers. Soon we will have chestnut flour to the pulenda ... The chestnut also feed the pigs raised for meat, giving it unparalleled in taste prizutu (ham), the lonzu, the coppa and Figatells.
And I am totally in bad times, saying that the best pulenda Rusiu was made by my best friend ....
