This island does have a wild amount of variety along it's coastlines. Love its beautiful contrasting colours between deep blue and natural earthy tone of the rocky formation. Great POV, thoughtfully and well controlled capture of this lovely location. Could be a great place for artists and painters!! Lovely shot

Serge, thanks for posting a picture of Corse. We rarely see this island on Te these last years. The cap appears in the bg, the slopes are covered by garrigue vegetation. That area is severely affected by the fires. Fine colors, good sharpness, amitiι.

The lovely composition of your photograph becomes immediately apparent; it is almost situated on a diagonal. You have captured some delightful details of the island, which has enormous contrast with the blue sky and sea.

I hadn't been aware of the current fires in Corse. They seem to be getting worse everywhere.
An excellent photo of the cape with what looks like a precariously placed road, or is it just a track?

Bonjour Serge,

I did consider going from Sicily to Sardinia to Corsica to Genoa but only had 2 weeks left on my Schengen visa, so headed back up Italy to Siena, Bologna and Verona / Padua then to Lake Bled & into Austria / Hungary and out of Shengen to Romania. A beautiful coastal scene with a pyramid shaped peak at right high above the Mediterranean Sea. Tfs!
