Photographer's Note
The Winged Victory of Samothrace, also called the Nike of Samothrace is a second century BC marble sculpture of the Greek goddess Nike (Victory).
Since 1884, it has been prominently displayed at the Louvre and is one of the most celebrated sculptures in the world.

Hello Malgorzata.
Nice shot (I have one similar picture taken by me on 1977.. the art is out of time..), with the subject (artwork) in the middle and the people of visitors all around.
Well done, kind regards.
Bobo.

Hi Malgorzata, I love the title of your photo, very clever. And the Point of View of the Winged Victory is well-thought out and captured. The people in the FG give depth and add dynamism. TFS and I wish you a beautiful day, Lisa

The Greek goddess Nike.
I have a special admiration for this piece of art and you shoot it very well Malgorzatta.
I took the liberty of post a "nobody but the statue" only fictitious image....

Hi Malgorzata
I like this viewpoint. with the sculpture itself, it can sometimes be boring to look at, but its fun to photograph it will other people surround it. it creates action, involvement, a human element, and an interest.
well done with the colour combinations and contrast
Cheers

Hi Malgorzata
Good museum scene where you incorporate tourists in differents positions (looking at the dtatue, taking picture, reading the next step of their visit, ....) with a wel known statue. You framed to include the total arch behind the statue.
I like these interactions.
Have a good sunday afternoon

Hello,
I like the idea of this shot with a large place let on the top. We have the feeling the statue wants to fly away from the crowd.
It is a long time I am not visiting Le Louvres, I will have to plan a new visit.
Yves.
