Hello Frederic,
Very fascinating composition.Simple but technically enhanced with brilliant exposure control. The continuous lining of trees with a partial lightened areas did a good deal.Very eye catching on thumbnail mode.Thanks for sharing.

Excellent close-up photo with very nice colors, perfect light, very good clarity. The well-chosen tight crop eliminates all unwanted distractions. The hazy atmosphere adds nice toning to the scene. Well done.

At first sight such a simple shot.
But... the strong vertical elements of the trees, the repetition and the light on the stems gives an almost surreal effect.
I love it!

I love the symmetry and formality, both of the trees, and your rendering of them. Nice soft colours and presumably deliberate shallow focus create a slightly eerie feel.
