Hello Kari,
This is a most impressive church. It looks great even when you don't know it's made of wood, but that knowledge makes it even more magnificent. It's also beautifully decorated. There is one earlier photo on TE but this is taken from a much better angle and shows us much more, besides having very nice colours and a fine light. This photo also gives us a better idea of the nice surroundings. It would be interesting to see this with my own eyes, but not presently along with 5000 others.:-)
Best regards,
Gert

Hello Kari, this church is a very impressive building, in beautiful condition. It is hard to believe that is as old as you say, it looks brand new!
You inform us about its capacity, so it must feel enormous when inside.
I like your point of view and that there are some people near the door.
Thanks for sharing, kind regards, Jean.

Hello Kari,
You captured this church from an excellent angle and the yellow wooden walls and the details on the white parts are very attractive. Also the green dome stands out.

Hello Kari, Interesting architecture of this church. And it is indeed big as for wooden construction. Nice green dome, beautiful windows, like with the lace.
Have a nice Sunday

Hi Kari,
Perfect sharpness and I like the repetition of the x patterns on the faηade. The framing from the side shows two sides to this attractive & well kept wooden church. Tfs!

Hej Kari!
It would be interesting to know how many people are admitted now for divine service with regard to the necessary distancing.
A fine finnish design. I assume that really old houses are rare in your country. Would this church count among them?

Hi Kari,
what an extraordinary architecture. I really like the charming patterns decorating the walls. Nice colors as well which stand out in spite of the grey skies. The effect is so colorful and eye catching.
Nice to have some people there as well with red jumper in particular. They allow to better appreciate the scale and as you mentioned the size of the church is quite considerable.
Excellent work,
M

Hello Kari,
It is indeed a bit surprising to see such a large church built in wood.
The yellow-white combination with the green dome makes it very attractive.
Located in a green area and well presented from a good angle.
Best regards, Paul

Hello Kari,
Until I read your notes, I had not realised that this was a wooden building. It does look very stylish and, apart from the revealing dome and cross, doesn't necessarily look like a church.
You have angled your composition well, capturing details which supply a very good, all round impression of the church; and it is well placed in the frame, allowing plenty of entry space for the figures.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Hi Kari,
The trees are framing well the church. The point of view is showing a double perspective of the architecture of the church of Kerimaki. The light has a good effect on the colors. Have a nice day.
Pierre
