Somehow those reeds reminded me of notes on a score. Thus the title.
Just minor level adjustments in PP.

Beautiful muted colours! The reflections are especially nice as they intermingle with the black reeds.
Although I really like the black bottom, since it contains very little information, I wonder if trimming a few mm might improve the pic.
In any event, you have a beautiful image. TFS

Hi Kari, very nice composition and light here, reminds me of one of my own pictures showing a similar lake with the reflections of the reeds. I like the framing of this lake and the offcentered placement of the reeds. Very good reflection of the sunset skies.

A wonderfully smooth capture! The composition is spot on, giving us something to hold on to with our eyes, those long lines etched across the left-front of the picture, and a smooth peachy feeling to soothe our minds with (sky above trees)...
But hey! It's a bit tilted to the right!

Yes, a beautiful scene. Your notes are very brief, but very 'right'! A lovely composition with marvellous reflections of the fading light in the water. It has a slight tilt to the right, and maybe it needs a little more sky, but is still a very pleasing and tranquil scene.

Hi Kari,
The detail of the reeds make this lovely sunset reflection even more special. I also enjoyed your map link, I didn't see a road into the area; but I enjoyed zooming out so I cloud place your shot in the world. I had a hard time choosing between this and your moonslide (since I've been playing with moon shots and haven't yet captured one worth posting); Since this is posted to your own favorites, it won.

What an peaceful composition! It's so nice to watch. The plants in the foreground are intersting silhouettes, which I think are very important with these sunset pictures. The colors are great and the lake is very smooth. Great job!

This is a beautiful shot with razor sharp detail and nice and crisp. The capture of the light is wonderful; and I especially like the way you have chosen to show off the sky in the reflection rather than showing too much of the sky itself. Nice silhouettes and great peace and stillness. Excellent work.

Why haven't I seen your photos before? This one is really outstanding. A beautiful composition with lovely colors. It makes me almost lyric. You could wtach this and listen to a compositon of Sibelius. In the room there is soft candlelight and the world is outside and forgotten. My knowledge of your language is non-existent but, if you don't mind eventual mistakes...hyvδδ joulua ja onnellista uutta vuotta.

What a beautiful picture! It sings, while the eye drifts slowly down from left to right, and then back to see the clear reflection of the tallest reed.
