View of Tammerkoski towards South from a temporary pedestrian bridge. The red brick building on the left is called Verkaranta. It was built in 1858 and was part of Tampereen Verkatehdas (Felt Factory of Tampere). Building on the right is hydroelectric power station, the lowest level one of the four power stations in Tammerkoski. And the tall building is Hotel Ilves.

You captured a great blue hour atmosphere among the illuminated brick faηades and their fine reflections. The photo has a very nice clarity and sharpness and the fine weather provided the best photo conditions.

Hi Kari,
it was a very fruitful photographically evening walk!
The blue hour transforms everything. Area with possibility of reflections is perfect for this type of photography!
The reflections are so smooth here, the effect stunning.
I think I would keep coming to this area if I had a chance, it has a great potential.
Exactly half an hour after the official sunset time is when it starts.
