Photographer's Note
Artist Michal Olsiak's concrete sculpture called Hamron, resembling some very extra terrestrial creature by the forest at the outskirts of Zdar nad Sazavou, Vysocina, Czech Republic. The sculpture is about five metres high.

A really bizarre and eye-catching shot, Jan. I wonder what possessed someone to make this, and to put it here, in the middle of a peaceful scene! I like the B&W look here, especially good given the range of light and the (necessarily) overexposed sky, though I would love to know what colors this sculpture has been given!
