Photographer's Note
At the road to mountain Vlasic I saw in the mirror of my car this scene. Then I have not to much time to take this capture. The Rain Curtain has come very rapidly right to me. I took tree shots with the result that you can see here!
No further PP, only resized.
You can see _HERE_ almost the same scenery but then with a lovely sunny weather few days later!

Greatly captured view of a whole town taking a shower! Very good PoV which allowed to show the depth and a real scale of this scene. Colours and luminosity are nice and real too. Remarkable picture.

Impressive clouds, well composed I like the point of view, great colours.
You was lucky to capture this. I hope you didn't get to wet when the rain catched up with you.

Wow, great view. What surprises me is the bell-shape of the curtain. Probably caused by strong winds at low altitude? I can't think of any other explanation for this at the moment...

Strange, but very nice to see such a rain-cloud ! The summer-edition is a nice one too.
You always must have a look in your mirror, you noticed ?

You had a perfect timing on this one Don. This cloud is amazing, it seems to litteraly fall on the village so fast. Good POV, good angle and very well composed. A very fine catch! Thanks for sharing.

You keep surprising me wit the choice of travel places. I was at Vlasic twice, but never in the summer time. During the winter snow period, the place looks even beter.

Very impressive shot, Don. Looks like a giant shower! I like the perspective and scale here which show the incredible size of this rain curtain.

Two points for your reflex. Sometimes it is so hard to stop and if you manage to capture the mement you feel so proud of yourself. You should. Tom
