Hello John,
You went so close to this magnificent building that it almost doesn't fit inside the frame. On the other hand we get a remarkably good view of the impressive Gothic details. You also managed a good 3D effect of the faηade and tower. Lots of people in the square bring colours and life to the view. This is no doubt one of the finest pieces of Belgian architecture. I don't mind the clouds. The light and colours were still very good.

Hello John, a very impressive building. Built so long ago, the builders had such skill.
I like the way that it fills the frame, and with the cloudy sky it becomes quite 3 dimensional.
The movement of people in front of the Town Hall enlivens the picture as well as adding colour.

Hello John,

What a hugely impressive and majestic building this is! And you have captured it perfectly as it stands high and proud against a lovely interesting sky.

The light is perfect, your colours rich and your exposure perfect. Details and sharpness are superb and I very much like the presence of so many colourfully dressed people in the foreground.

A fascinating note, as always.

This is an impressive shot showing the City Hall in a glorified style. Seen a lot of details of the architectural workmanship. No wonder the square is busy with people.

Een uitstekende foto van dit flamboyante stadhuis gebouwd in de Brabantse Gotiek.
Ondanks het feit dat er door verschillende oorzaken eeuwenlang is hersteld en aangebouwd is de eenheid van stijl goed bewaard gebleven.

Hello John, fantastic Gothic style building. The huge spire dominates the surroundings. A cobbled square forbidden to the cars and the two wheelers is planned around the Brussels city hall. Many people animate the composition. Perfect sharpness.
