Hello John,

You have written an interesting and informative note and shown us a beautiful photograph of these two riders enjoying travelling on horseback along this fine riding trail. I love your composition in which the line of the track leads the eye well into the picture, and the horses and riders are perfectly placed in the frame and beautifully portrayed beneath a beautiful sky. Very natural autumnal colours, perfect exposure and exquisite details and sharpness.

Nice picture from you gallery. But do these modern knight not go anymore? Strange that there are paths for men and women. What about the married couples? Anyway, it is nice autumn composition. I have a lso seen the people on horseback on Sunday in the forest near Warsaw.

Hello John,
You had a pleasant encounter on your excursion to the countryside. The beautiful horses are nicely placed on the diagonal road between hedges and trees. The photo is well exposed and has an excellent depth of field.

Hello John,

If ever a person needed to be calmed, this photograph would help immensely.
Riding in the countryside is an immensely relaxing activity ... I used to do it as a teenager!


Besides choosing a fine viewpoint, using the track as an excellent guide line, you seem to have connected with the f/g horse and rider.
The horse looks alert and interested!
The autumn scenery makes a wonderful setting for this crisp, autumn scene, perfectly composed for interest and a sense of depth.

Dag John You show today a lovely bucolic scenery that did something good to the horses and to the riders 'grounded' to relaxing moments in the open nature. Those pastoral activities are expressed through an enchanting model perspective.

I can see you are still displaying the beauty of Flanders for the world to see. I like this one from your most recent uploads, because of its excellent angle of view and the beautiful light falling on the scene. Even without the horses and riders this would have been worth seeing, but the way they are moving into the scene is splendid. Very nicely done.
