dennoch handelt es sich um ein tolles Bild, das gut zum National Geographic passen wuerde

I would definitely crop wider but anyway like that intimate flashback from the morning walk for cup of caramel macchiato to Starbucks at Park Av.:)

Haha, it took me awhile to figure out how to post a critique with this "new" TE look :) But I said to myself if there is a photo worth praising...it is this one. I absolutely love it! The light...so warm yet on a opposite "canvas" of cold air. The steam is a perfect touch... it speaks of 2 different stories... the story of already mentioned cold environment and a possible story of anger and protection of that fragile beauty in the second level of this absolutely marvelous capture.

Hi Christian,
ein sehr gutes Foto. Besonders gut getroffen ist der Atem des Hirsches - erhellt durch die ersten Sonnenstrahlen. Klasse. Habe letzten Herbst auch auf kapitales Wild "angesessen" und versucht, einen guten "Schuss" zu landen, aber es war immer zu dunkel, oder ich kam nicht nahe genug dran, ohne die Tiere zu stφren.
Daher meinen Respekt!

What to say? Simply Amazing! Stupendous! The Light is superb, and Photography is all about it.

However I wonder why you cropped? The full frame showing their legs may perhaps have been award winning.
