Photographer's Note
Native Indian mas is another of the traditional styles of Carnival, drawing heavily on the influence of native American Indian attire to create very elaborate, stylised costumes bedecked with brightly coloured peacock feathers.
Look closely — there is a head in there, somewhere.

Colorful and very nice composition. Maybe thinner DOF could have make the little bit distracting background disappear.

Another interesting and very beautiful picture! I liked very much the characteristics of the costumes of your Carnival. They're more beautiful than ours... hehehe Good work!

Good colour and sense of movement - it almost seems a bit abstract. Great shot.

Hi Mark,
Your photo is very colorful and draws attention immediately. I guess composition is OK but when I see a human, even dressed like this, the first thing I'm looking for is its face. Although I looked closely, I'm having difficulties to find it. Eventually I figured out where it is but does this person have something in his mouth? I see a spheric object which I cannot identify in front of his mouth. Again, the colors look bright with good contrast and the frame is appropriate for the picture. Well done!
Regards,
Eddie
