Een prachtige foto van deze hoge waterval, de mensen links geven een goede indruk van de afmetingen. De mix van rotsen en de groene kleuren van de planten die ze begroeien is heel mooi, vooral in dit zachte licht.

Hello Paul, The tourist trap in Workshop looks quite nice but probably is not worth the entrance fee. and do not deserves the main upload. Wonderful view of this high waterfall. Pity that the water was cold. Nice view of the tiny figures, they indicate the scale.
I looked also at the picture by Ana. And I find it funny that the next week I will probably see a similar waterfall and also one shown by Ana Dores. Strange, isn't it?

Hello Paul,
It's a nice waterfall but not really spectacular. The two persons standing on the ground mean as much to the photo as the water itself, and the note means even more. The description of your trek through the jungle makes the photo more exciting than if we had been told you got here by car. However, the photo is well taken and the WS2 reveals that you are never protected from tourist traps anywhere.

Awesome cascade and superbly scaled by the people at its foot.
I can only guess iot gets much more water in the wet season, still lot's of greenery all around that indicate this.
Taken from a faie distant point to include the most of the sight.

its cliche to say, but its so true...good to have the people standing at the bottom left, makes your shot that much better.
The water wouldn't seem so cold after some time in it :)
but I know what you mean. It was a difficult hike for you but i'm sure in the end it was worth the effort and time right?
this is beautifully dramatic, love the punch of lime green. I'd hike it for sure :) cheers

Hi Paul,
very impressive waterfall, it reminds me one which I had a pleasure to see on Hawaii, it had a similar atmosphere around.
Great lush vegetation surrounds the waterfall. Good that we also see some people which help us to imagine the scale. I have checked now that the waterfall which I mentioned (Waimoku Falls) was 120m high -so three times higher than this one. But from a distance they looked the same :)
Beautiful work, you show one more interesting aspect of this attractive destination,

I've been away these days, so I've lost some of your photos of Nicaragua. This waterfall looks beautiful and imposing! The tones of green are wonderful and the presence of the people gives scale to it. Very nice job!

here in my region usually we have some hot days during winter and if you enter in the water of some river it is very cold because the night is cold. nice view of these falls, looks it has not so much water, but it beautiful anyway.
