This is the main church in Masaya. Most of the religious celebrations take place here.
It was built in 1928 in eclectic style.
This is not the frontal facade, but the best lit.

Hello Pedro,
As usually presented from a very good angle. We get a nice view of the beautiful architecture of that colourful church.
I have the impression that churches and cathedrals in Nicaragua are usually surrounded by wide avenues or a large square with almost no traffic. Sometimes we see bikers on your pictures, mostly pedestrians.
Have you really waited patiently until all the cars were gone ? Or is there so few traffic in Nicaraguan cities?

You chose a very good POV to capture this church. Its warm colours interact very nicely with the blue sky. The dome is well placed on to the right of the centre.

These south american churches are always so strikingly beautiful. Great colors under a sublime sky makes this composition very attractive. Funny purple colors for the stairs in the background there.
