Hallo Paul,
De foto biedt een mooie mix van de prachtige architectuur op de achtergrond, waarvan de warme kleuren schitterend worden beschenen door het zachte zonlicht, en het dagelijks leven in de vorm van de schoolkinderen. Het is in Nicaragua zo te zien ook gebruikelijk een schooluniform te dragen.

Hello Paul, I hadn't seen this post when I uploaded my shot, so it is pure coincidence that we have both posted pictures with school parties out and about!
The children certainly enliven your picture giving interest to the foreground before we take in the cathedral and the surrounding buildings.
Having been a teacher myself Paul, I understand how you feel.

what do you prefer? this clean cut newly painted look or when the buildings look a little aged. I think you know what I prefer :) Here they look almost TOO perfect, but at least we know they're cared for and attended to, which is good. The WS photos compliment the main post really well. The atmosphere you captured is friendly, warm, peaceful, I like it. cheers

Hello Paul, I usually travel out of season and very often I see the children going to school These pictures remind me the students in Cuba. I like when the children have school uniforms, it always looks very attractive. and sometimes these uniforms are really beautiful, like in India. Here just white with also white sockets, also very neat. splendid cathedral, rather low like in America, because of the earthquakes.

Hello Paul,
I am glad I never had to put on a school uniform, but when I see them in distant poor countries I am quite happy to know that at least those kids are going to school instead of working. They usually look very clean and neat, like in these photos where the school kids create a nice atmosphere and the buildings in the background provide colours.

Reckon this a big lot/plaza with exquisite architecture's design, Spanish style, painted in wondedrful beige and red. Daily-life scene combined, three girls seem to be very enthusiastic with some sights around left-side.

lucky for you it is not Western Europe: you would be accused of being a pervert since there are so many children in your photos :)
Great composition with splendid architecture, I like also the colorful flags, one of them I see being the Vatican flag. The children add so much life indeed.
