Photographer's Note
What can I say? I love beaches, and Cuba has some of the best in the world. This is famous Varadero beach, which stretches for 20 km. The water is lovely, though it is all resorts and does not have very much Cuban charm. For a vacation it's okay, but definitely not for the culture.
The beach is usually quite busy, so I am happy with this photo not having anybody in it. I also liked how the sand shows that it is busy (not groomed), but feels empty with no people. I don't like in between the slats of the chairs, I wanted better contrast, any ideas on how to improve this would be nice.

Excellent photo. If you could burn the beach and chairs a bit, that would help a lot.

Yo David!
Great composition to create a theme and a really nice open frame. I love how the sky screams in from the top right of the photo and gives a really dynamic feel. Perhaps you could have burned the bottom of the right frame like arivest mentioned but I don't think it effects this shot too much.
Cheers!

Hi david,
This is a "Pro" composition! Great colors an impact! that shot could be used for advertise of Varadero's resorts!

Simple yet effective. I find the chairs to be a little overexposed. They loose some definition in the process.
