Photographer's Note
Easter in Cuba is something difficult to explain. We don't have large processions, neither large acts of contrition and individual reflection. all normal march, with the same dynamics of the days, except in the churches where they dust off a statue and walk around or lie down, like the Descent Christ, so that the faithful may adore it. I, for several years, developed a series about acts of faith, specifically those dates. I always enjoy staging and lighting as something that they know how to solve well, but I would like them to update the visuality.
