Fishers throwing net on Rio San Carlos. Costa Rica has dry season from December to April. But anyway we had some rainy days and there was plenty of water on all rivers.

Hello Kari,
You timed this photo well. It makes me wonder if you managed such a perfect shot at the first attempt, or if this was the result of patiently waiting for the best opportunity. The posture of the man is just as good. We can see from his legs and arm how much effort he makes. The man with the canoe is a good inclusion and the vegetation on each side of the river indicates the tropical location.

Hello Kari,
Taken on the right moment so that we can see the fishing net in its full size.
The water appears to be shallow. This may no longer be the case near the other side where it seems to flow more slowly.

An excellent capture of the fisherman at work and superb timing when the net was flying through the air. Nice composition too with the overhanging tree included on the right.
